Ingredients:
· 1.5 cups -200g- all-purpose flour
· 2 mashed bananas
· 180g- 1/ 1.5 cup- Greek yogurt
· 2 eggs
· 1/2 cup sugar + 1 tbsp oil
· 2 tsp cinnamon powder
· 1 tsp vanilla essence
· 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda + 1/2 tsp salt
· 1 tsp baking powder
· 1 cup milk
· ½ cup maple syrup

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 175 degrees.
Step 2:
Mix all the ingredients- eggs, maple syrup, milk, mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, oil, and vanilla essence in a bowl. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 3:
Take another bowl and mix the other ingredients- flour, sugar, cinnamon powder, salt, and baking soda. Mix the above ingredients together and stir all these ingredients thoroughly.
Step 4:
Pour the batter into your greased loaf tray/pan and then sprinkle with cinnamon or any other topping as per your wish. You can add some dry fruits too.
Step 5:
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Test if the bread is baked right by inserting a toothpick into the center and comes out clean. If the toothpick comes out clean then take the bread out of the oven.
Let the bread cool for at least 10 minutes. You may need to run a butter knife around the edges to loosen the bread from the pan. Carefully transfer the bread to another pan after it cools down.
Cut down in slices as you wish and serve it cold.
