It should be near to you so that your time will be preserved and you will be able to spend more time working out rather than travelling from home to gym and from gym to home.
5. Most important thing is that you should change your mindset. You should stop thinking that you don’t have time to spend on your work-out. Rather, you should try to find the time from a busy schedule and spend that time working It is very important to be healthy and strong if you want to tackle your busy schedule. If you are not healthy then you will not be able to tackle your busy schedule and for doing so, exercise and workout is must.
