  1.   Ingredients for a Green smoothie for breakfast:
    • Banana  — 1
    • Spinach  —- 20 leaves
    • Oats     —- 4 teaspoons 
    • Almond Butter — 1
  • Coconut water as require

 Procedure:

  • Cut the banana in pieces
  • Wash the spinach leaves properly
  • Take a blender and mix all the things one by one and blend it.
  • Add fresh coconut water as required.
  • Remove this from the blender and pour in the glass and serve it.
  • NOTE: This is the delicious green smoothie for breakfast who is in weight loss.
  1.   Ingredients for Pumpkin smoothe for the Lunch:
  • Fresh raw, yellow  Pumpkin puree — 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Almond milk  — 2 cup
  • Banana  — 1 cup
  • Pieces of pumpkin    — 10 pieces.
  • Cinnamon    — one small piece
  • Take cinnamon if you like this flavor.

Procedure: 

  • Take a blender and put first fresh pumpkin puree almond milk, banana, cinnamon, and blend all the ingredients to make a fine smoothie. And then take out from the blender and pour in glass or bowl add cut pumpkin pieces and serve. Enjoy this is the special smoothe for lunch who are in the diet of weight loss. 
  • Pumpkin is a rich source of antioxidant beta carotene. Pumpkin will help to reduce aging. Pumpkin will maintain our proper weight.
  1. Black Berry smoothie for dinner:

Required ingredients:

  • Unsweetened vanilla almond milk —  2 cup
  • Frozen Banana   — 1 cup
  • Frozen strawberries —  1 cup
  • Frozen Blackberries  — 1 cup
  • Pea Protein powder — 1 spoon
  • Procedure for BlackBerry smoothie:   Take a blender and put almond milk and banana ,straberries, black berries, and at last protein powder. Blend it make a fine smoothie.  And take this in dinner time. It will help to decrease your wait and give healthy fitness. Take this smoothie regularly at night time and do this repeatedly for 3 months for weight loss.
