6. Get adequate sleep
Sleeplessness or insomnia can trigger the worst headaches. These are generally caused, as the body doesn’t get enough rest when needed and thus headache becomes more intolerable. Getting proper sleep is an answer to most of the headaches. So the next time you are suffering from that throbbing pain up there just hit the bed and see if a good sleep was actually an answer to it. 
7. Drink caffeinated tea or coffee
This has been the most go-to option whenever anybody suffers from headaches. It is the most implemented home remedy for headaches. Caffeine improves mood, increases alertness and constricts blood vessels, all of which can have a positive effect on headache symptoms.
