Ingredients
1. 1 whole banana
2. 1 cup almond milk
3. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
4. 1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
6. 2 cloves
Procedure
1. Take almond milk in a pan
2. Add cinnamon, ashwagandha powder, cloves to it and boil for 10 minutes.
3. Once boiled, transfer it to a blender after straining with the help of a strainer.
4. Now, add banana to the blender, and blend everything thoroughly.
5. Wait for it to cool, and refrigerate it or enjoy it warm.
