Ingredients:
- Honey- 1 kg
- Garlic cloves- 5 (small)
- lemons- 3(large)
- Linseed oil- 250gr.
- Peel all the lemon in a bowl and then add garlic cloves into it and blend it properly.
- Now remove the mixture from the jar and add Honey into it.
- Finally add linseed oil into the above mixture mix well, now store this paste in an air tight container in a dry and cool place. It’s always advisable to store this paste in refrigerator and can use it for long time.
How to Consume:
It’s always good to use wooden spoon for this mixture and try to consume at least 3 times a day. Take a spoon full of the above mixture at least an hour before every meal. Attempt this cure, as the time has come to switch the aging procedure and dispose of grey hair.
