1. Breathing exercises-
Breathing exercises are powerful relaxation techniques that can help ease your body and mind of anxiety and help inculcate positive thoughts. Follow this simple exercise with a few easy steps-
• Inhale slowly through your nose and exhale
• Repeat the above exercise, this time deeply.
• Redirect your mind towards positive thoughts.
