10 Home Remedies for Psoriasis

  • Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

  • Apply generously on the skin.
  • Leave it on for one to two hours before rinsing.
  • Use three times a day for four to five-week

3. Oatmeal

Oatmeal contains avenanthramides, which contribute to its anti-inflammatory and antihistaminic properties. Just use powdered oatmeal and honey. Apply it over the affected areas,  and rinse it off with water.
