Honey: Honey can be very beneficial for your skin. It will be easy for you to get honey at your house. Wipe honey on your face regularly. Let it moisturize your skin for several minutes. Onion: Onion is very effective for skin infections. Include onions in your diet for healthy skin.
Onion contains Vitamin C which is very helpful for skin glow. Take two tbsp of gram flour, add two tbsp of onion juice and milk to it. Mix all of them to make a fine paste. Apply this paste on your face and leave it on for about 15 to 20 minutes before washing it off.

Take 5 to 10 almonds; add one tsp of rose water and two tsp of whole milk. Mix all of them to make a fine paste. Apply this paste on your face and leave it on for about 15 minutes then wash it off with warm water.
Banana: Bananas Banana is a good source of Vitamin A, B, E and Potassium. Vitamin A is also very effective to get rid of black spots. Include banana in your diet daily for healthy and glowing skin. Take a mashed banana; add one tsp of honey and lemon juice to it. Mix all the ingredients well. Wash your face then apply the mixture gently on your face. Leave it on for about 15 minutes then wash it off with warm water.
Fullers Earth: Take one tsp of fuller’s earth, plain yoghurt, milk, flour and add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder. Mix all the ingredients well. Then apply the mixture gently on your face. Leave it on for about 15 minutes then wash it off with some cold water.
Sleep: Having sufficient sleep is one of the most powerful steps to get glowing skin at home. Ideally, in twenty four hours you allow six to eight hours for sleeping. This is because sufficient sleep can result a relaxed body. So, do not force yourself to do too many works.
