Food: Dieting cannot reduce cellulite but maintaining the right diet is part of a natural cellulite remedy. There are foods that you have to eat a lot of, foods that you should eat some of and foods that you should avoid entirely. Since cellulite is basically made of fat, you should avoid foods like pork fat, chicken skin, processed meat, butter, mayonnaise, gravy, salad dressings, fried food and sugary treats.
