- Dinner- 200g Steak with Green Salad, Lemon Juice, and Oil.
Day 2:
- Breakfast- Coffee with a Single cube of Sugar
- Lunch- 250g of Ham with One Small Bowl of Fat-free Yogurt
- Dinner: 200g of roasted beef with Green Salad, Lemon Juice and Oil along with any fruit of your choice.
Day 3:
- Breakfast- A cup of Black Coffee/Green Tea with No Sugar.
- Lunch: 1 Slice of Ham, with 1 Cup of Lettuce leaves and 2 boiled Eggs.
- Dinner: Boiled Celery, Tomato, and any fruit of your choice.
Day 4:
- Breakfast: Coffee with a single cube and a slice of plain toast.
- Lunch: 200ml of any fruit juice with 1 cup of low-fat yogurt.
- Dinner: 1 Boiled Egg, 1 large carrot, and 100ml cottage cheese.
Day 5:

The Copenhagen diet allows you to have only 900 calories in a day which is very less than the normal one. An average persons body requires about 2000-2500 calories. Therefore, the Copenhagen diet is not allowed to be repeated within a span of 6 months to 2 years.
