One of the worst nightmares that any person would get, is graying of hair. Those thick black luscious strands not only look beautiful but also add to the overall look of any person, as they say, good hair can make or break a look. Therefore, encountering a white or even a grey strand can put you off immediately. In such cases, rosemary oil comes as a savior. As it is an alternative for conventional treatments and also helps immensely to counter baldness.
At 3 months, neither group had more hair. By 6 months, both groups saw significant increases in hair growth. People at the risk of baldness might want to try out rosemary oil for hair growth alongside conventional treatments, but it’s not a proven fact that this is the total effective and only way to stop baldness.
How to use rosemary oil-
Ideally, this must be applied to the scalp and kept for 10 minutes and washed off.
Or, you can add this oil to shampoo. Add 10-15 drops of it to the shampoo and use it regularly for the best results.
Add this oil to any base oil, and apply it to the affected area or scalp.
To make its concentration add a handful of dried rosemary leaves to distilled water and allow it to sit for a few hours. The longer the time, the thicker the concentration.
Add the above mixture to soap in the ratio of 1:4 and use it as a regular shampoo, massage the scalp and wash it off.
Caution while using rosemary oil-
Pregnant women or women with allergies tendencies must first consult a doctor and go-ahead for using this oil.
