All you need to do is
1. Take 1 cup of rice.
2. Soak it in 2 cups water
3. Let it rest for 30 minutes
4. Wash your hair with this water, and then with regular water rinse it.
5. You can practice this at least 4 times a week for better results.
Option 2
The other part of the debate says cooked rice is best for hair and skin.
All you need to do is
1. Take a cup of rice
2. Boil it in double the water
3. Let it boil for 10 minutes
4. Take it off the flame and strain it.
5. Retain the rice water and let it cool down.
6. While taking shower, pour this water on your hair.
7. Massage slightly with fingers.
8. Wash off with lukewarm water in a regular way.
