Water: Drinking a lot of water is a very good treatment for rosacea. It is known that 70% of our body is made up of water and if through drinking 8-10 glasses of water per day, dehydration is prevented. Dehydration can dry the skin and when moisture is deprived, the skin does not regenerate now healthy skin cells which are an important factor to prevent the occurrence of rosacea.

Stress: Stress is a big factor to consider and having enough rest and sleep will help lessen stress. The immune system takes part in preventing the microorganism to enter in the body and having 6-8 hours of sleep everyday keeps the immune system in shape.
