Acne is caused by blocked pores. These pores are blocked by excess oil produced in sebaceous glands that are responsible for the production of oil. This, in turn, causes acne breakout, in the form of tiny black dots on the face. Predominantly they appear in the T region of forehead and nose.

Like all other vinegar, apple cider vinegar also has cleansing and exfoliating properties. It is derived by fermenting apple juice pressed from dried apples.
All you need to do is
1. Take 1 part of apple cider vinegar
2. Mix it in 2 parts of water
3. Now, using a cotton ball, apply the above mixture to the affected areas on the forehead.
4. Repeat this process at least 1-2 times a day for best results
2. Honey and CINNAMON MASK
These two ingredients are high in antioxidant properties. In addition, honey makes the skin supple.
All you need to do is
1. Take 1 spoon honey
2. Mix it with 1 spoon of cinnamon
3. After thorough cleansing applies this paste on your forehead.
4. Let this mask dry and wash it off after 10 minutes.
5. Repeat this at least twice a week. 
3. Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil is much better and effective than benzoyl peroxide and is less harmful. It has proven to have other benefits like reducing itching and dryness of the skin.
All you need to do is
1.Mix 1 part of tea tree oil into 9 parts of water.
2. With the help of a swab apply this to the affected areas.
3. Let it sit for some time and wash it off.
4. Repeat this twice a day, for the best results.
4. Green Tea
Green tea is known to have properties that stop the production of sebum. In addition, it also has flavonoids that help in fighting skin issues because of the anti-inflammatory properties.
All you need to do is
1. Steep leaves of green tea in hot water for a few mins
2. Strain the concoction and let it come to a lukewarm temperature.
3. With the help of a cotton ball, apply this all over the affected areas.
4. Let it dry and then rinse. 
5. Aloe vera gel
Aloe vera is rich in silicic acid, which is required immensely in the treatment of acne. As it combats inflammation,  a major cause of acne. It is extensively used in many lotions, creams, and gels to treat acne. Using it naturally yields more benefits than using it in a diluted way.
All you need to do is
1. Scrape gel of aloe vera
2. Apply on affected areas
3. Rinse it off, once dry
4. Repeat this twice a day for best results.
