1. Cucumber
Simply slice thick slices of cucumber, and rub them on your knees and elbows for 10 minutes.
Leave it for more than 5 minutes.
Wash it off.
Repeat this daily
You can also use cucumber juice and lemon juice in equal parts and perform the above activity. 
2. Lemon and Baking soda
Lemon acts as a natural exfoliator. It also helps in brightening skin. Baking soda is a natural bleaching ingredient. Together,  they combine to become the best exfoliator plus brightening agent.
Just mix equal parts of baking soda and lemon juice
Rub the above mixture on the knees and elbows.
Let it sit for 10 minutes
Wash off with lukewarm water
3.  Milk and baking soda
Milk has lactic acid and amino acids that help in skin moisturization. In addition, baking soda helps in exfoliation. This helps in brightening and lightening of the skin.
Mix equal parts of milk and baking soda
Apply this on the affected areas, and let it sit for 15 minutes
Wash it off with warm water
Pat it dry. 
4. Coconut oil
Coconut oil is a rich moisturizing agent, which helps in keeping the skin supple and soft. Couple it with walnut powder, that acts as a natural best scrub for dry and dead skin.
Mix 1 spoon of coconut oil and 1 walnut powder.
Scrub it on knee and elbows
With the help of pumice stone and little water, massage the skin
Wash off with cold water
Pat dry.
5. Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has a natural bleaching agent in the form of acetic acid. This has zero side effects and hence also acts as a natural exfoliator.
Mix 1 part of Apple cider vinegar in 4 parts of water
With the help of a cotton ball, apply this on the knees and elbows.
After rubbing for a few minutes, wash it off.
Pat dry and you are good to go!
