Wheatgrass Juice: Take a handful of wheatgrass, Wash it thoroughly and put them into a blender to make its juice. Strain the liquid and have it every morning on empty stomach and in the evening whenever you feel hungry.

Walking: The way to supply the blood to the brain is walking which is also very necessary for every paralytic patient. Walk slowly-slowly for at least 10 to 15 minutes daily in the morning or evening.

Drumsticks and Garlic: Take some drumsticks, peel them nicely. Dip them into the water along with 4-5 garlic cloves in it and a pinch of turmeric powder and let it boil and make it like a soup. When your soup is perfectly boiled, allow it cool down and then put into a blender. After blending, strain it and consume it daily two times a day.

Coconut Water: Coconut waterworks really well-treating paralysis. Coconut water can be used as a substitute for blood plasma. Drinking too much of coconut water every day is not advisable as it has some health risks.

Pomegranate: Consume one glass of pomegranate juice every day. Pomegranate keeps blood platelets from sticking together increases oxygen levels to heart.
