Herbs are great because you can mix and combine and get even more benefits from the combination. Like anything else you have to experiment a bit, but with herbs you should be reading upon them to make sure you are doing no harm. Taking too much can cause problems so know the expected dose and follow it. Like medication, more is not always good.
