Apple Cider Vinegar and Salt: Take a cup of water and two tsp of vinegar and half a tsp of salt to it. Mix them well and rinse your mouth several times during a day.

Baking Soda: Take a cup of water and two tsp of baking soda to it. Mix them well to make a paste, rub the paste on your tongue by using clean cotton cloth do this twice a day.

Coconut Oil: Take a glass of warm water and add two tsp of Coconut Oil to it. Rinse your mouth with this mouth wash twice a day. You can also apply some coconut oil directly on the affected area by using clean cotton cloth.

Garlic: Apply some garlic oil directly to the oral thrush or you can chew 2 to 3 garlic cloves on a daily basis.


Grapefruit Seeds: Extracted the grapefruit seeds juice and apply to the tongue or inner area of the mouth.

Yogurt: Consume half a cup of yogurt 2 to 3 times daily to get relief from thrush. Eating active yogurt can be a way to stabilize the pH balance after you’ve taken a series of antibiotics. Coconut oil, which contains Caprylic acid, is in known natural oral thrush treatment, effective in managing the Candida.


Olive Oil and Coconut Oil: Taking just 1/2 teaspoon of the coconut oil along with 1 teaspoon of pure olive oil and using it as a mouthwash can help your condition. Be sure and hold it in your mouth for at least 5 minutes and spit all of it out.
