- Use three teaspoon of fuller’s earth for medium length hair (less for shorter hair and more for longer hair) and make a fine paste by adding a little water.
- Apply the paste your scalp gently.
- Leave it on for about 15 minutes and then wear shower cap.
- Wait with the shower cap on for 25-35 minutes.
- Wash your hair with cold water. As you wash your hair, massage until it starts tingling.
- It’s recommended to do this treatment twice a week.
6: Tomato Juice:
The vitamin K present in tomatoes helps in keeping the bones strong and healthy. It also helps prevent hemorrhages.
Method:
- Mash one tomato to a pulp and squeeze the juice away in a bowl.
- Mix a bit of fullers to the tomato juice to make the juice denser.
- Apply the paste on the hair and scalp.
- Put shower cap on and wait for 30 minutes.

- Take a fresh juicy lemon
- Split the lemon in two parts and remove all seeds.

- Massage with same lemon half until the lemon rind is just left.

The benefit of using Apple cider vinegar is the same as described above.
Method:
- Add 5 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar into a 1 liter of lukewarm water.
- Massage it gently to the scalp and hair.
- Wait for 10 minutes.
- Rinse with cold water or shampoo.
