6 Signs And Symptoms Of Iron Deficiency: Iron deficiency is a very common problem among people. It generally occurs when you do not have enough mineral iron which is very compulsory for your body. Iron is very important as it helps to make haemoglobin in your body. And if you do not get a good amount of haemoglobin then, you would not get enough oxygen to work efficiently and effectively.
