Due to the reason for the constipation fiber food will help a lot. Constipation patients must take cereals, pulses, oatmeal, barley, dried fruits in their regular diet. Finger millet is one of the rich fiber content food.

3. Do regular exercise:

Constipation patients should do exercise regularly.  Walking will help to decrease this problem as soon as possible

sesame oil is one of the best solutions for patients. Constipation patients have to eat some sesame seeds. These seeds will have iron, zinc and, calcium, magnesium. Constipation patients must include this oil with raw salads. This oil will help to prevent the constipation problem. 

5.Fruits and vegetables:

Fresh fruits and vegetables will help to prevent the constipation problem. Seasonal fruits like Mango, Custard fruit, orange, Pomegranate, and vegetables like raw vegetables is preferable for this type of patient. The example of raw vegetables is a carrot, radish, beetroot.
