Your skin in teenage requires special care and attention. It is not worth missing out on some basic skincare. I’m sure even you are tired of seeing your skin break out in unimaginable ways. However, you need not worry anymore.
Here are some simple face masks you must not miss out on especially for your teenage years:
1) Oats and Honey Skin Masks
Ingredients: Oats, Honey, Rosewater, and lemon.
How to use:
•Take 2 tbsp of oats in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, and 2 tbsp of rose water.
•Mix these ingredients thoroughly and make a paste.
•Apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15 minutes before washing it with plain water.
This face mask will cleanse your pores and reduce acne.
2) Coffee and Coconut Oil Skin Masks
Ingredients: Coffee, Sugar and Coconut oil
How to use:
•Add 2 tbsp of coffee powder in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of coconut oil and 1 tbsp of sugar into the bowl.
•Mix the ingredients until it turns into a thick paste.
•Apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash it off later and pat dry.
This mask acts as an exceptional exfoliation mask and will clean your pores thereby preventing the development of acne.
3) Aloe Vera and Tomato Juice Skin Masks
Ingredients: Aloe Vera and Tomato Juice
How to Use:
• Add 2 tbsp of Aloe vera and mix it with 2 tbsp of Tomato juice.
• Mix these ingredients thoroughly until they form a paste.
• Apply this paste on your skin and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off with plain water and pat dry
Aloe vera acts as an amazing anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial agent. It will act as an exfoliant and also prevent the development of acne. Along with tomato juice, it will cleanse your pores and get reduce your acne.
4) Gram flour and Milk:
Ingredients: Gram flour, Turmeric powder, and Milk
How to Use:
•Add 2 tbsp of gram flour in a bowl. Add to it 1/4 tbsp of turmeric powder and 4 tbsp of milk.
• Mix the above-mentioned ingredients thoroughly and make a thick paste.
•Apply this paste on your face and leave it until it dries. Wash it off with plain water and pat dry.
Both Turmeric and Gram flour act as exceptional Anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory agents. It reduced your risk of developing acne and helps in exfoliation.
5) Aloe Vera and Honey mask
Ingredients: Aloe Vera and Honey
How to use:
•Add 1 tbsp of Aloe Vera and 1-2 tbsp of honey into a bowl.
• Mix the ingredients thoroughly and make a paste.
• Apply the paste on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash it off and then pat dry.
Note: Repeat these face masks at least twice-thrice a week for better results. Make sure you don’t use them regularly.
