2) Banana Puree:

Ingredients: banana, milk

Procedure:

Mash the bananas thoroughly and then make a smooth paste by adding milk to the same. Mix it thoroughly and store it in smaller portions. You can feed the same to your baby after defrosting the mixture.

3) Avocado Puree:

Ingredients: Avocadoes, milk

Procedure:

Mash the avocado with a fork or blend it in a food processor. Mix with breastmilk, formula, or water to reach desired consistency. Feed the same to your baby directly.

4) Carrot Puree:

Ingredients: carrots, water

Procedure:

Peel the carrots, and then cut them into 1-inch segments. Put them in a medium saucepan with the water. Bring to boil, reduce to a simmer, cover the pot, and cook for 25 minutes. Let cool in cooking liquid. Blend it with the help of a blender and make a smooth puree. Store it and feed your baby.

5) Pea Puree:

Ingredients: Peas and milk

Procedure:

Place peas in a saucepan and let it settle in the bottom as you bring it to a boil. Place peas and breast milk in a blender or food processor and puree until creamy.

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any lumps. Make a smooth puree and you are done!
