  • Cow Pose

This usually occurs as a cat pose when you perform. The only difference is that you look straight in this. For warming up of the body, it is one of the excellent poses for you.

Start it wt sitting on your knees. Now keep your hands touch to the ground and your backward body up to the sky. Keep inhaling at this time and exhaling within few moments. Keep your abdominals in the right way. Do this for at least 3-4 minutes. Keep taking a deep breath and then exhaling it within few times.

  • Half Lord of the Fishes

This pose is best for improving the flexibility of the body. It will also improve body functions and will make it even more movable.

Keep exhaling and just make a twist in your body to the rightward side. Increase the stretch of your body by keeping the leftward elbow to the out of your rightward leg. After that, press it as you give a twist. Keep your head in the direction where you are making a stretch. It will allow you to stop giving any of the strain on your neck.

 

  • Cat Pose

This pose will begin as exactly as we did the cow pose in step two. It will enable the stretchable part of the body and will also make it more flexible.

It will allow the body to work or adjust it to go in various motions without giving pain to it. You have to make that you are moving the body and getting the proper stretch. Keep Exhaling and focus on shoulders. Stretch to the full and then relax

 

To get the proper toning of the legs, it is a wonderful pose for it. It will also increase more energy in your body and you can stay active up to many times.

To start it, move your foot to the front and forward. It should make an angle of 90 degrees. Bent your knee of backward and then to the pose of a little downward. Make your hips to the facing of the direction as the same where your back foot is.
